Turkey Burgers

1 pound of ground turkey breast non fat
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup of egg beaters

Mix the egg beaters, onion soup mix and turkey together well.  Make patties and cook thoroughly in a pan with non stick spray.  Pile on the veggies and buns and you are good to go and only 6 points!

Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

1 pound of chicken tenders with the fat removed and cut into cubes
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup bell pepper
any other 0 point veggie you want to add is ok.

Stir fry ckicken with non stick oil and soy sauce (reduced sodium)
Stir fry all veggies in non siick oil and soy sauce (low sodium)
serve over cooked brown rice 1/2 cup
ONLY 9 points!

Red Beans and Rice

1 package of turkey sausage lowest fat content available
1 pound of dry kidney beans
1 package dry onion soup mix
instant brown rice

Brown the turkey sausage and then cut it into peices
Add beans and dry soup mix to crock pot and cover with water
cook on low for 5 hours and serve over 1/2 cup of brown rice

Only 6 points!

Fresh Veggie Soup

3 chicken stock cubes
3 beef stock cubes
onion powder
garlic powder
celery salt
liquid smoke
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup tomatos
1 cup green beans
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup carrots
2 cups cabbage

Put everything together in a large pot and cover with water 2 inches from the top and add more water if necessary and let cook on medium low for 2 1/2 hours more if necessaryto ake veggies soft.  This delecious dish is 0 POINTS!!!!!
