Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

1 pound of chicken tenders with the fat removed and cut into cubes
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup bell pepper
any other 0 point veggie you want to add is ok.

Stir fry ckicken with non stick oil and soy sauce (reduced sodium)
Stir fry all veggies in non siick oil and soy sauce (low sodium)
serve over cooked brown rice 1/2 cup
ONLY 9 points!
